Malmö is closer to Copenhagen Airport than most of Copenhagen is. The Øresund Bridge sits a few minutes from the terminal, and the run across it to Malmö takes about 45 minutes door-to-door. For business travellers landing at CPH and heading to a meeting in Hyllie or central Malmö, the chauffeur transfer often beats both the airport bus to the bridge train and the rebook-yourself-onto-the-Øresund-train option.
From CPH arrivals, the route runs onto the Øresundsbron motorway, crosses the bridge (with the long tunnel-then-bridge sequence that catches first-time visitors out), and arrives in Malmö via the E20.
