Wedding transport is one of the parts of the day that either disappears into the background or quietly ruins everything. We aim for the former. The bridal car arrives clean and on time. The photo stops happen on schedule. The guest shuttle does not strand anyone at midnight outside the reception.

Most couples book us for the whole day rather than piece by piece. It is simpler, it is usually cheaper, and the same driver handles the bride’s arrival, the ceremony, the photo stops, the reception, and the late-night runs home.

What a wedding booking looks like

The classic single-car package

One chauffeured Mercedes S-Class for the couple, from the preparation address through the ceremony to the reception. The car is decorated with fresh flowers and ribbon in your colour palette — we work with a florist in Copenhagen who matches whatever the bouquet uses. Champagne in the boot for the post-ceremony moment alone. Time built in for the photographer’s stops between ceremony and reception.

The full fleet package

Multiple Mercedes vehicles for the wedding party. Typically: an S-Class for the couple, a V-Class for the immediate family, additional V-Class or Sprinter shuttles for the guests between ceremony and reception venues. Colour-coordinated where it shows up in photos. One coordinator handles the scheduling between vehicles so nobody is waiting in the wrong place.

Copenhagen wedding venues we cover regularly

Ceremony venues range from the city’s town halls (Københavns Rådhus and Frederiksberg Rådhus are popular for the architecture) to the country churches around Hellerup and Klampenborg, to the castles — Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød and Kronborg in Helsingør get booked for the bigger weddings.

Receptions tend to land at Hotel d’Angleterre, the Nimb at Tivoli, Børsen, Moltkes Palæ, or one of the harbour-front restaurants in Christianshavn. We know the access routes, the right entrance for the bridal car drop-off, and the back routes that avoid the bicycle lanes during rush hour.

Photo stops without rushing

The window between ceremony and reception is where the day goes wrong if the transport is not thought through. We build the photographer’s stops into the schedule before the day: Nyhavn at golden hour, the Little Mermaid for the postcard shot, Amalienborg’s courtyard, the harbour bridges, the gardens at Frederiksberg. The chauffeur waits while you take the shot, then moves on schedule. You arrive at the reception with time to spare instead of fifteen minutes late.

The first quiet moment, in the car

The drive from ceremony to reception is usually the only ten or fifteen minutes the couple has alone all day. We treat it that way. The partition can go up if you want it, the lighting in the rear cabin can come down, the champagne is open. The chauffeur drives — you have the moment.

Guest shuttles that actually run on time

If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, the V-Class and Sprinter shuttles run continuously between them. Guests are not left wondering whether the car is coming. The drivers know which side of the street to wait on and which entrance the venue staff prefer. At the end of the night, the same shuttles run guests back to hotels in central Copenhagen.

Planning ahead

Most Copenhagen weddings happen between May and September. The Saturdays in June and August fill up months in advance — book as early as you can if the date is in that window. Smaller weddings outside the peak season are often bookable at three or four weeks of notice.
